Our Journey

2015

Their paths crossed at University, Wendy became Monica's instructor for one of her lab classes. After some playful chats (with Wendy delighting in teasing Monica), December 28 marked the beginning of their journey. They watched "Single" by Raditya Dika at Gandaria City Mall.

2019

On the evening of November 23, 2019 at Grand Indonesia Mall, Wendy ask Monica to officially be his girlfriend. With a touch of whimsy and romance, he presented her with a Pokemon card puzzle, symbolizing his request.

2022

Wendy booked a birthday celebration for Monica at Namaaz Dining on September 17, 2022. After the 17 courses of culinary experience, Wendy popped the question that would change their lives forever. Overwhelmed with emotion, Monica was moved to tears for half-hour before sealing their love.

2024

On February 17, 2024, they held an intimate Chinese engagement ceremony, known as "TingJing", at Angke Restaurant in Gading Serpong. Wendy's family presented Monica with a gold necklace, a symbol of their forthcoming union.

Soon

They will have a Sangjit ceremony followed by Wedding ceremony.
